The Executive Office of the Congress Party held its regular meeting, yesterday evening, Tuesday, under the chairmanship of Dr. Magdy Murshed, Head of the Executive Office, and in the presence of the Vice-Presidents of the Party, Major General Tariq Raslan, Dr. Al-Saeed Ghoneim, Major General Ahmed Zaghloul, Sheikh Ali Freij, Ahmed Khaled, Ahmed Omran, Suleiman Al-Abadi, Abdul Aziz Mahmoud, Mohammed Ramadan, and Captain Mahmoud Jabr.
At the beginning of the meeting, members of the Executive Office congratulated Dr. Fathi Amer on assuming the presidency of the Council of Elders. In the party, congratulations were also offered on the opening of the party’s headquarters in Minya and Assiut, and a report was prepared by Representative Major General Tariq Raslan, Vice President of the Party, and Secretary General of the Party on the two openings to be presented to the next council.
Setting dates was also discussed. The opening of the party’s headquarters in Alexandria, Luxor, Aswan, and the New Valley, and the dates will be determined through the Secretary-General, Deputy Major General Tarek Raslan, during this month.
The Secretary-General and the General Secretariat are also responsible for managing and following up on all secretariats. In the various governorates administratively, executively, and logistically, in coordination with the Executive Office.
Ahmed Khaled Mamdouh, Vice President of the Party, was also assigned the duties of follow-up and party ceremonies, as issued by a decision of Party President, Captain Omar Al-Mukhtar Samaida.
A roadmap and a strategic work plan have been prepared for the party’s governorate secretariats, secretariats, and specific committees, to work on during the next phase, which was submitted by Muhammad Ramadan, Vice President of the Party, and will be distributed to all the party’s secretariats and committees in the central secretariat and the governorates.
A date has also been set for the Executive Office to meet with the various specific committees and secretariats, during the next two weeks, to develop the plan and vision for the work program during the coming period, and the next meeting will be on October 29.
