Doctors: Clinics are subject to the Medical Facilities Licensing Law and are not in violation of the building
Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Qadi, Treasurer of the Doctors’ Treasurer, Assistant Secretary of the Medical Professions Union and Rapporteur of the Establishments Committee of the General Syndicate of Doctors, said that the office body has taken 3 decisions, the first of which is to hold an emergency meeting of the General Syndicate Council with the sub-unions next Friday, with the formation of a legal team at the top. A level to defend the rights of doctors in the outpatient clinic licensing crisis, and to address the Prime Minister to stop all arbitrary measures against doctors.
He stressed that private clinics for doctors are not subject to the reconciliation law, but they are subject to Law No. 51 of 1981 amended By Law No. 153 of 2004, regarding the regulation of medical facilities, and all clinics are licensed in accordance with this law and no violations occurred until they are reconciled, and these clinics have a sound legal position and no other law may be applied to them.
He pointed out the importance of the role of private clinics, which serve 70% of families and patients in all governorates, pointing out that applying these arbitrary increases and procedures to doctors will have no choice but to close or increase prices, which will increase the burden on patients.
