The Prime Minister reviews the marketing and promotion efforts of the Grand Egyptian Museum

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting today; A meeting was held regarding following up on the position of some archaeological projects in the Pyramids area, in the presence of Sherif Fathi, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Dr. Zahi Hawass, archaeologist and former Minister of State for Antiquities Affairs, Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, and Dr. Mohamed Ismail, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Antiquities.

 

During the meeting, the position of the various works related to the Grand Egyptian Museum, which had been completed, was reviewed, as well as the ongoing preparations for its full operation, and the efforts being made to promote and market it appropriately. During the meeting, the Prime Minister listened to the vision of Dr. Zahi Hawass regarding the promotion of this important event, which contributes to informing the world of what this cultural edifice contains. The large collection of antiquities and collectibles that tell the history of Egypt and its ancient civilization.

 

Counselor Muhammad Al-Homsani, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, stated that the meeting touched on a review of the various efforts made in many archaeological and tourism projects. Various things that contribute to preserving these areas and increasing their tourist attraction.
