Major General Staff Medhat Abdel Aziz Fawi, Director of the Association for Veterans and War Victims, opened the art exhibition of the creations and products of veterans and the families of martyrs and those injured in war operations, which continues until October 13 at the association’s headquarters in Wafaa Wal Amal in Nasr City.
 
This coincides with Egypt and the Armed Forces’ celebrations of the 51st anniversary of the glorious October victories. The exhibition includes many products of members of the Association of Veterans and War Victims, including ceramic works, sculpture, copper engraving, glass painting, leather and wood products, and textiles, in addition to the association’s products of prosthetic limbs and prosthetic devices.
< p>The association is keen to organize such exhibitions periodically to present members’ work as part of the activities it carries out to discover and develop their various talents and skills and provide them with the necessary tools and materials, as well as providing all aspects of health, social, sports and service care to members of the association and its branches spread across various governorates of the republic.
The opening activities were attended by a number of commanders of the armed forces, a number of military attachés, and members of the association, including veterans, those wounded in military operations, and families of martyrs.
