Gersh has signed technology-forward golf company Newton Golf as a client. The announcement of the signing comes in the same month that Newton Golf announced a strategic rebrand, having previously been known as Sacks Parente.
Gersh will provide media, event and athlete/celebrity-driven support, as well as develop plans that drive innovation and growth for Newton Golf.

The work will be led by Gersh’s senior partner and head of alternative Alec Shankman, who has previously worked in a similar capacity with clients such as Meridith Baer, Spree and Duck Commander.
Gersh also recently signed Slingshot, for which the agency will do similar strategic consultation work. Slingshot is a business and financial management platform tailored for creatives and companies. It centralizes operations like invoicing, payments, and payroll, while also offering full-service bookkeeping, tax filings and expert concierge services.
