Lana Del Rey Admits Morgan Wallen Kiss: ‘Went To His Head’

Singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey has opened up about that one time she kissed the country pop singer Morgan Wallen, and stated that the act “went to his head” afterwards.

Del Rey made the announcement while at Stagecoach on Saturday, debuting a new song: “57.5”.

“This is the last time I’m ever going to say this line,” Del Rey addressed the audience before singing.

“I kissed Morgan Wallen. I guess kissing me kind of went to his head.”

Del Rey, while introducing the new song, also warned the audience not to follow in her footsteps.

“If you want my secret to success,” she continued.

“I suggest [you] don’t go ATVing with him when you’re out west.”

TBH though, if any of us mortals had the chance to smooch on the Born to Die star then we’d probably have an ego the size of a house; let’s be real.

Del Rey recently tied the knot in September 2024 with Jeffrey Dufrene, a captain of an airboat tour company in Louisiana, so it is unclear what inspired her to recently open up about kissing Wallen.

It is not currently known if Wallen is in a relationship with anybody at the moment, but he has been romantically linked to social media star KatieKT’ Smith, who he shares a son — Indigo — with, and was previously engaged to before they called it quits.

Controversially, Wallen made news after he promptly left the stage on Saturday Night Live! while the camera was still rolling in early April.

He later posted an Instagram Story on a place captioned: “Get me to God’s country” following his live exit.

Wallen has since sold merch with the phrase after it went viral.
