Video footage has captured the moment Elon Musk dramatically quit his gaming livestream after hundreds of troll comments with hate messages came flooding in.
The SpaceX CEO, who was testing the capabilities of his satellite system Starlink, abruptly ended his stream of Path of Exile 2 after suffering an embarrassing defeat to the game’s first boss before being bombarded with hundreds of hate messages
The Billionaire tech mogul repeatedly failed to defeat a character known as the Bloated Miller.
Footage of the cringey broadcast showed a flow of trolling messages from other players as Musk struggled with the game’s controls.
One user wrote ‘you have no friends and will die alone’ so frequently that the messages filled most of Musk’s screen.
“YOU RUINED THE COUNTRY JUST LIKE YOU RUINED ALL YOUR MARRIAGES,” another game wrote, as reported by 404 Media.
Musk appeared to ignore the barrage of insults.
Other messages during the two-hour stream mocked Tesla’s declining stock price and spread conspiracy theories about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
Despite the trolling, the stream pulled in over 2 million views on X, formerly Twitter, the social media platform Musk owns.

This comes after Musk savaged President Donald Trump’s trade adviser Peter Navarro as a ‘moron’ after he criticized Tesla.
The public row began when Navarro described Musk as a ‘car assembler,’ and claimed his Tesla vehicles required parts manufactured in foreign countries including China, Japan, and Taiwan.
‘When it comes to tariffs and trade, we all understand in the White House – and the American people understand – that Elon is a car manufacturer, but he’s not a car manufacturer. He’s a car assembler,’ Navarro said in an interview.
Musk responded angrily on X to Navarro’s claim.
‘Navarro is dumber than a sack of bricks,’ Musk wrote. ‘Navarro is truly a moron. What he says here is demonstrably false.’
Musk shared a 2023 Cars.com study that showed Tesla as having four of the top 10 most American-made cars followed by the Honda Passport, the Volkswagen ID.4, and the Honda Odyssey.
The study shows the ‘Big Three’ car companies Ford, GM, and Stellantis lower on the list because of the parts imported from foreign countries.
The 2024 Cars.com ranking, however, is slightly less favorable to Tesla.
It shows Tesla’s Model Y is in the number one slot, but the Honda Passport is at number two, the Volkswagen ID.4 at number three, and the Tesla Model S in number four. The Honda Odyssey rounds out the top five.
