The committee supervising the midterm elections for the Journalists Syndicate decided to postpone the General Assembly of Journalists to Friday, April 18, because the necessary legal quorum is not completed for its convening in the presence of 25% of the working members.
& nbsp; For colleagues enrolled in the schedule of (10226) members, to attend the General Assembly, and members ’statements were announced at the headquarters of the General and Sub-Syndicate in Alexandria, and the agenda included:
1- ratification of the minutes of the General Assembly meeting held in (March 2023 AD).
2- Consider the report of the Syndicate Council on the work of the year ending in February 2025 AD Its approval. The third until seven in the evening. The members of the General Assembly via the e -mail, according to the Union Law No. (76) of 1970 AD, in addition to spreading the budget and the estimated budget project on the union’s official website.
& nbsp. The Secretary General of the Syndicate that the General Assembly will be invited to convene on Friday & Laquo; April 18, 2025 AD & RAKUO; and the legal quorum for its convening is completed with the presence of (25 %), according to Article (35) of the Syndicate Law.
