Last night’s episode of Married At First Sight (MAFS) was a shit show, thanks to Adrian Araouzou, his bestie Jasmin Weston and sisters Elita and Nikola.
ICYMI, during Family and Friends week, Adrian and his posse verbally attacked his wife Awhina Rutene and her sister Cleo. It was pretty horrible to watch, and Jasmin has since said she’s cut off her friendship with Adrian.
The groom has been going rogue on TikTok for a while now using his twin James’ account, and he’s been busy popping off about the episode. When somebody accused him of wanting to “stay relevant”, he went and piped up.
“Respectfully brother, whether you like it or you don’t, I’m as relevant as it gets right now,” Adrian declared.
“That is an actual fact. And not to mention, like I said last night, you should be grateful that I’m still here.”
I don’t know what world Adrian is living in, but it’s definitely a warped reality. Maybe he was aiming to be the MAFS villain all along?!

In the comments, Adrian made some interesting points. Apparently, he reckons he was given a “bad edit”. Uhhh… if you say so, buddy!
“No one’s perfect. We all have flaws, I’m the one that can handle the bad edit so that’s why they gave it to me not the others,” he said.
He also hinted that he might completely change his behaviour and “do a 180”, but I’m not convinced.
The groom briefly touched on his ex-friendship with JasminEats, with whom he used to be close. She issued a lengthy statement accusing him of “manipulation tactics” and said she now supports Awhina.
Adrian said he would “never” comment on Jasmine’s statement, and went for a diplomatic approach. That’s a first!
“I don’t comment on anyone’s things. Not my business. Wish her nothing but the best. She is entitled to her new views and opinions,” he said.
This all smells like damage control, but I don’t think it’s working. We’ll have to wait and see if he really does manage to improve his behaviour on MAFS!
