Married At First Sight‘s (MAFS) Morena Farina has gone full-on rogue on social media, slamming the reality TV show for its editing and alleging that words were put into her mouth in post-production.
Following Sunday night’s explosive episode, which marked the season’s first commitment ceremony, the 57-year-old bride took to her DJ Instagram account to call out producers for editing her and Tony Mojanovski‘s moment on the couch.
In a heated Instagram Story, Morena claimed that one of the things she said in a piece to camera was dubbed over their segment of the commitment ceremony so it would appear that she was telling both experts and Tony about her concerns with their relationship.
“I never said ‘Tony open up come and talk to me on a deeper level’ on the couch, I actually said that in my voxy,” she wrote.
“As you can see the camera is not on me when those words come out. This is just hilarious.”
Furthermore, the Victoria-based DJ said that producers missed out on adding in the spiciest parts of their chat with the experts, writing: “Ratings would’ve gone sky high tonight if the two topics we really spoke about were aired.”

In a second Instagram Story on the same account, Morena poked fun at the MAFS producers, writing that “they really didn’t do their homework very well” after they allegedly dubbed over her and “moved [her] lips to those words”.
“Everyone that knows me knows that I don’t speak Italian, I speak dialect. But proper Italian sounds so sexy,” she wrote alongside a video of her MAFS wedding to Tony where she seemingly speaks Italian during a piece to camera.
“How did they do this? How did they make my lips move with those words? Oh my god, can someone help me figure this out?”
Towards the end of a mammoth tea spill, Morena claimed that she said in English “I’m so happy, the way he looked at me. Wow.”
“My friend in the background does say ‘vive le sposi’. It’s true,” she wrote.
“How do they do this? They’ve actually moved my lips to those words.”

PEDESTRIAN.TV — who is owned by Nine — has reached out to Channel Nine for comment.
This isn’t the first time the 2025 bride has spoken out about her experience on MAFS. Last week, Yahoo! Lifestyle reported that former MAFS groom-turned-villain Harrison Boon leaked texts on his Instagram Story where Morena revealed she and Tony split because he was still in love with his ex.
“I do not care that he’s still legally married. That’s not the issue,” she wrote in the text, per the publication.
“The issue is he loves his wife. He wants his wife and he really thought he could come on the show and get his wife in the show. It would make good TV.”

What’s even more spicier is that earlier today Daily Mail Australia reported that a scene in which Tony confessed his love for his ex-wife was cut from Sunday night’s commitment ceremony.
“He literally said, ‘I’m still in love with my wife,’ and you could hear a pin drop,” an insider told the publication.
Yikessss. Honestly, with the cheating allegations, people being spotted out on dates, and just Tim Gromie, I think I’ve had enough MAFS drama for a year.
LOL, who am I kidding? Keep the drama coming!
Married At First Sight returns tonight on Channel Nine and 9Now.
