Man’s unbelievable plastic surgery makeover that left him looking HALF his age stuns the internet as transformation video goes viral
An astonishing plastic surgery transformation, which has knocked 20 years off a Columbian man’s face, has left social media users shocked and declaring the result ‘glow-up of the century’.
A clip showing the unbelievable before and after images of the patient, posted by the clinic, has attracted more than 1million views on TikTok, and more than 12,000 comments.
The images show subtle yet striking changes to several aspects of the face, making the man’s jawline and cheekbones appear more defined and slender.
The medic behind the cosmetic work, Dr Cami Martínez, claimed that the man had undergone what she called a ‘Baby Face Procedure with Facial Masculinisation’.
This involves a series of treatments, such as injectables and fat removal, to tighten up the angles of the face and give the impression of a more defined bone structure.
In the video, Dr Martínez reveals that the unnamed man has undergone procedures to change the shape of multiple facial features, including his chin, neck, nose, cheeks and eyelids.
Social media users were quick to praise the results.
‘He went from 42 to 24,’ one wrote. ‘A 50+-year-old into a 19-year-old, that’s pure magic,’ another added.
Social media users were shocked by the result with one stating: ‘He went from 42 to 24’
Another user said: ‘Glow up of the century! Dude looks 10 years fresher.’
Others said the change was so extreme it looked as though the man had completely changed identity.
‘We ain’t ugly! Just broke,’ one social media user added.
Some also joked that the man was likely creating problems for the future as his children wouldn’t look like him.
‘His baby momma gone be mad when them kids get older,’ one wrote.
Another added: ‘How scary! Imagine marrying someone like this and your kids turn out to you like the one before.’
Dr Martínez was also flooded by men asking for more details on how to book a similar procedure.
‘I’m asking for an appointment right now,’ one wrote.
Another added: ‘When you come to New York, oh my god.’
What exactly a baby face procedure consists of varies depending on the patient in question, but the overall goal is to remove features associated with youngsters, like chubby cheeks.
In practice, this can include removal of buccal fat, the fat located in our lower cheeks, as well as the use of dermal fillers and/or a facelift to make the jawline more pronounced.
Facial masculinisation surgery varies but can consist of a nose job and as well as fillers or implants to give stronger masculine features in the jaw, chin and cheeks.
Cost of both varies depending on the extent of work required, but facial masculinisation using fillers alone is advertised at starting at £3,500 at some UK clinics.
Men who opt for fillers will need repeat treatments roughly every three to six months to maintain their new look, while surgery and implants are permanent in most cases.
