The Foreign Minister stresses Egypt’s position calling for respecting the sovereignty, unity and integrity of the lands of Sudan
& Nbsp; The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians abroad stressed Dr. Badr Abdel -Ati on Egypt’s position to respect the sovereignty, unity and integrity of Sudan’s lands, as well as strengthening humanitarian response efforts. This came during the reception of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, today, Sunday, by Dr. Ali Youssef Al -Sharif, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sudan, in order to consult on bilateral relations between the two countries, and to find out the latest field developments in Sudan. That the Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the privacy of historical relations and the close brotherly ties between the two countries, stressing Egypt’s solidarity with the brotherly Sudanese people during this precise stage, and determination to make all efforts to restore stability and peace in Sudan, in the context of Egypt’s full support for it and its national institutions. >
The meeting witnessed a consultation between the two ministers on efforts to ensure Sudan’s resumption of its activities in the African Union, in addition to the effects of Egypt’s effectiveness in the various regional and international efforts aimed at supporting brotherly Sudan. The water security file, where the two sides expressed the importance of continuing cooperation and continuous coordination to preserve the common existential interests of the two brotherly peoples under the unity of their fate, and as two countries in the Nile River.
