Reform and Renaissance: Palestinian national rights are not disposed

Hisham Abdel Aziz, head of the Reform and Renaissance Party, praised the ministerial meeting held in Cairo at the invitation of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in the presence of the sisterly Arab countries and the Palestinian leadership, stressing that this meeting represents a decisive step towards putting the Palestinian issue in the forefront of the international agenda, and working on Stop the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. Abdel Aziz said: & quot; this initiative comes at a very important time, to enhance diplomatic efforts aimed at stopping the Israeli war, and ensuring the implementation of agreements that achieve security and stability for the Palestinian people & quot;

Abdulaziz appreciated the pioneering role that Egypt and Qatar plays in reaching the ceasefire agreement and exchanging hostages and detainees, stressing that these efforts must continue until a permanent calmness to ensure the cessation of Israeli violations, the withdrawal of the occupation forces completely from the sector, and to ensure the entry of humanitarian aid without obstacles. He added: & quot; No permanent stability or calm can be achieved without guaranteeing the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, and rejecting any attempts to isolate Gaza from the West Bank or change its geographical and demographic identity & quot;

Abdel Aziz stressed that the Reform and Renaissance Party stands strongly against any attempts to impose forced displacement policies or change the demographics in Palestine, stressing that Palestinian national rights are not disposed of.

He said : & quot; settlement, house demolition, land annexation, and forced displacement projects will only lead to more escalation and instability, and will not change the historical reality or legal rights of the Palestinians. & quot; He also stressed that any future settlement must be based on international legitimacy decisions, especially the right of the Palestinians to decide their fate and establish an independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem.

and concluded Abdel Aziz His statement to praise Egypt’s initiative to host an international conference to rebuild the Gaza Strip in cooperation with the United Nations, calling on the international community to contribute effectively in this effort to ensure improving the living conditions of the Palestinians and enhancing their resilience in their homeland. He added: & quot; The support of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is an urgent necessity to protect the rights of Palestinian refugees, and to reject any attempts to overcome its role or reduce its services. & Quot;
