MP Dr. Essam Khalil, head of the Free Egyptians Party, held an expanded meeting of the party’s committee of experts and specialists, to discuss the working papers proposed by the party’s president’s special advisory body regarding preparing a comprehensive industrial map for Egypt 2050.

The meeting was attended by a number of experts and specialists in various industrial fields and all closely related sectors – from within the party and some guests – where the main frameworks and general specifications of this plan were reviewed, which It includes raising awareness of the importance of cooperation with local and international partnerships to achieve the goals of the plan.
The plan consists of five main axes, which include a group of programs and projects amounting to 75 integrated programs, closely linked With each other, they work as a single fabric to produce a comprehensive plan to develop industry in Egypt.
Also, during the first session of the committee, the file was refuted on several axes, the first of which was the preparation of papers. Working on urgent solutions that include troubled factories, analyzing the current situation of these factories, and proposing the necessary solutions to restart them or integrate them within an integrated industrial vision. And also a working paper for small and medium industries and working to maximize their role in serving the country and citizens.
The meeting also aims to lay strong foundations for developing the industrial sector in Egypt, in line with the future directions of the vision. Egypt 2050.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Heba Wasel, Secretary-General of the Party, the Party’s Vice Presidents, Major Generals Nasser, Qatamesh and Islam Al-Ghazouli, and Major General Engineer Ashraf Hilal, advisor to the party’s president for industry, Engineer Hassan Al-Bakri, Dr. Muhammad Maher, Dr. Fathi Khudair, Dr. Imad Al-Banani, Engineer Khairy Amin, Dr. Samuel Essam, Dr. Youssef Mishal, Lotfi Gad, journalist Raymond Nagy, and among the guests is Dr. Yusri Al-Sharqawi. .
