Head of Parliament’s Defense: President Sisi spoke about the sacrifices of the Interior Ministry men in appreciation of them

He congratulated Representative Major General Ahmed Al-Awadi, Chairman of the Defense and National Security Committee in the House of Representatives, First Deputy Chairman of the Protectors of the Nation Party, and President of the Egyptian Parliamentary Friendship Association – Libyan President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the Minister of Interior, Major General Mahmoud Tawfiq, the great Egyptian people, and non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Interior, on the occasion of the celebration of the 73rd anniversary of Police Day and the anniversary of the January 25th Revolution.

In his congratulations, Al-Awadi saluted the brave policemen on the occasion of the Egyptians’ celebrations of Police Day, for making many sacrifices. And sincere efforts to maintain security and stability in all parts of the country, calling on God Almighty to protect our precious Egypt from all evil and to fulfill for Egyptians all their hopes for progress, prosperity, development and stability under the wise leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.

< p>Al-Awadi also congratulated Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Counselor Dr. Hanafi Jabali, Speaker of the House of Representatives, pointing to the epic heroics presented by the men. The civil police came side by side with the men of the great Egyptian army in maintaining security and stability of the nation.

The Chairman of the Defense and National Security Committee of the House of Representatives praised President Sisi’s speech during the 73rd Police Day celebrations, saying: " President Sisi is very keen to raise the morale of the Egyptian people, and instill in their hearts the spirit of belonging and love towards this country, in every forum or occasion in which Egyptians participate in their celebrations, stressing that President Sisi’s talk about his sons in the Ministry of Interior, and his mention of their exerted effort and continuous giving, Conclusive evidence of President Sisi’s appreciation for the entire ministry without exception.”

The First Vice President of the Protectors of the Nation Party sent a tribute of pride and appreciation to the police martyrs. The brave men whose meanings were demonstrated in their courageous national stand against the British occupation forces in the city of Ismailia in 1952 AD, which today marks its 73rd anniversary, calling on Egyptians to draw inspiration from the spirit of sacrifice and determination from this fragrant anniversary, in light of the challenges and difficulties the region is witnessing that require us all to come together and stand behind our wise leadership. At the end of his statements, Al-Awadi expressed his great admiration for President Sisi’s assertion that the families of the martyrs deserve much more than honors. They deserve the entire Egyptian people to provide them with all love and sincerity, and every year our dearly beloved Egypt enjoys security, peace and stability.
