The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research continues its ongoing efforts to strengthen the higher education and scientific research system in Egypt, and to support development and societal issues.

The Egyptian National Committee hosted For Education, Science and Culture, the second meeting of the joint coordination committee between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (the Egyptian National Commission for Education, Science and Culture), and the Ministry of Education and Technical Education for the project of international professional certificates in teaching. The meeting discussed what was implemented during the first group of the project by training a number 120 Greater Cairo teachers, as well as The second group began training 180 teachers, as well as the work plan for the third group, which will witness the training of 300 teachers. Thus, the first group was completed with 600 teachers; It was also agreed on the second group, in which 690 trainees will be trained during the year 2025, and 710 teachers will be trained during the year 2026.
