Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, issued decisions to remove encroachments and building violations occurring in a number of new cities, including "New Mallawi– “New Obour City”, within the framework of continuing to remove random phenomena and stop random urban growth.
The decisions stipulated that encroachments and building violations occurring on plots of land owned by the New Urban Communities Authority be removed, Within the cordon of the new city of Mallawi, which is represented by “irregular” agricultural work, and the construction of random buildings without legal support.

Two decisions by the Minister of Housing stipulated that the encroachments and building violations established on Plot No. 128, Line No. 4 in the Al Amal Plan 800 + 002 station, on an area of approximately 216 square meters, and the building violations established on Plot No. 128, Line No. "4" According to the Al-Amal plan 725 + Station 002, with an area of approximately 130 square meters, which consists of building ground floor columns and building walls, in the new city of Obour, without a license.
