A memorandum of understanding between the Egyptian National E-Learning University and the Banking Institute to qualify young people for the labor market
The Egyptian National E-Learning University announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Egyptian Banking Institute, the training arm of the Central Bank of Egypt, with the aim of qualifying students and recent graduates with skills that meet the needs of the labor market. This agreement comes within the framework of the university’s continuous endeavor to develop the educational process and link it to labor market outcomes, especially in the banking sector and entrepreneurship.
The memorandum of understanding included several pivotal areas, including: preparing training programs for final-year students and recent graduates to work in the banking sector. Providing specialized workshops and programs to support entrepreneurship projects, enhancing financial education using the latest technological tools, in addition to cooperating in employment forums and implementing initiatives on campus.
Dr. Hisham Abdel Salam, President of the University, also stated the importance of this. cooperation He said: “We are working at the university to build strategic partnerships with leading institutions such as the Egyptian Banking Institute to enhance students’ experiences and prepare them for the labor market with distinguished skills with partners with extensive experience such as the Egyptian Banking Institute, and we are pleased with this fruitful cooperation that aims to develop human resources.”
It is worth noting that the Egyptian National E-Learning University, which was founded in 2008, is the first Egyptian university to rely on e-learning, and aims to provide innovative and advanced education that meets the needs of the labor market. The Banking Institute also Al-Masry, which was established in 1991, is distinguished by its long experience in providing training programs locally and internationally to support the banking sector.
