SPOILER ALERT: This post contains details from the Survivor Season 47 finale.
With an expanded two-part finale, Survivor Season 47 ended, declaring one castaway the $1 million prize winner.
Four castaways remained on the final night of the competition series, including Christine “Teeny” Chiricillo, Rachel LaMont, Sam Phalen, and Susan “Sue” Smey. However, only three contestants would make their case in front of the jury to win the ultimate prize.
The four remaining castaways competed one last time for immunity, their survival in the game, and a guaranteed spot in the Final 3. Ultimately, Rachel secured that spot and beat out her fellow tribe members, making history as one of five women castaways to win four individual immunities in one season.
Rachel made it no secret that she would pick Teeny and Sam to make fire, as Sue has been one of her closest allies in the game.
After a very close competition, Sam won the fire competition, securing his sport in the Final 3 and sending Teeny to the Jury.
