‘When I saw her I thought, “She’s the most beautiful woman alive,”‘ the 40-year-old retired NRL hooker told the Courier Mail.

‘Being surrounded by our loved ones. The ceremony. Seeing Matt at the end of the aisle looking ridiculously handsome in his tuxedo,’ she said.
‘The cattle coming up to the marquee to say hello and join in on the celebrations. Our first dance to a song with so much meaning to us – Simply the Best by Tina Turner.’
The ceremony was full of heartwarming moments, including when Alissa’s beloved uncle walked her down the aisle.
