The Minister of Justice inspects the South Mansoura Court after its development and opens the headquarters of the Tawtheeq branch

In implementation of the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi – President of the Republic to develop and modernize the judicial system, today, Saturday, December 7, 2024, Counselor Adnan Fangri, Minister of Justice, went to Dakahlia Governorate to conduct an inspection tour of the South Mansoura Court building, and he was received by His Excellency at the governorate’s general office  Major General Tariq Marzouk, Governor of Dakahlia, and Mr. Dr. Ahmed Anwar Al-Adl, Deputy Governor.

 

After that, His Excellency went to the building of the Mansoura Court of Appeal, and held a meeting with Mr. Counselor, President of the Mansoura Court of Appeal, and Mr. Counselor, First General Attorney of the Mansoura Appeals Prosecution.

 

His Excellency, accompanied by those present, then made an inspection tour of the South Mansoura Court building, where he inspected the building after upgrading its efficiency, which included the entire building, which consists of an appeals office building, session halls for criminal courts, civil courts, family courts, and deliberation rooms. His Excellency also inspected the front office prepared to facilitate service for citizens and people with needs. Private, and a headquarters for the Public Prosecution, which included the office of the First Public Prosecutor of the Public Funds Prosecution, the Office of the Public Prosecutor in South Mansoura, and the offices of the chiefs and undersecretaries. The prosecution, and His Excellency inspected the judges’ lounge, and also inspected the lawyers’ lounge after its renewal. He also met with a number of lawyers at the headquarters of their branch association in the court, where his sovereignty emphasized their important legal role and their participation with the judges and members of the prosecution in performing the message of justice.

 

His Excellency also opened the headquarters of the newly established documentation branch at the complex, and heard from the concerned assistant minister a detailed explanation of the headquarters and its work procedures, which operates in an automated manner and with a one-stop-shop system in accordance with the digital transformation system  It works from nine in the morning until four in the evening. His Excellency held a meeting with the judges of the Court of Appeal, the Courts of First Instance and Economics, and members of the Public Prosecution, in the presence of Mr. Counselor/ Hussein Qandil, President of the Mansoura Court of Appeal, and the concerned assistants to the minister, Mr. Counselor, President of the South Mansoura Court of First Instance, Mr. Counselor, President of the North Mansoura Court of First Instance, and Mr. Counsel, President. Mansoura Economic Court, Mr. First Public Prosecutor of the Mansoura Appeals Prosecution, Mr. First Public Prosecutor of the Mansoura Public Funds Prosecution, Mr. First Public Prosecutor of the South Mansoura Prosecution, and Mr. General Public Prosecutor of the North Mansoura Prosecution. Mansoura, and the first general lawyer of the Mansoura College Prosecution for Family Affairs. In the meeting, His Excellency stressed the necessity of keeping pace with the development of technical skills and competencies with the development of buildings and technological technologies, in order to achieve the timely justice that the Ministry always seeks.

 

His Excellency also met with members of the State Litigation Authority and the Administrative Prosecution Authority working in Dakahlia Governorate and urged them to quickly complete the judicial work assigned to them.

 

At the end of the tour, His Excellency listened to the complaints and requests of some citizens, and they were examined during the visit.
