Donald Trump boasts about Melania’s one-minute bedroom habit

As Donald Trump gears up to become the 47th President of the United States, an old clip of him boasting about his wife Melania Trump’s one-minute bedroom habit has resurfaced.

Back in 2004, the booming businessman, now 78, sat down on the Ellen DeGeneres Show with his then-fiancée Melania, now 54, to discuss their blossoming romance.

During their chat, the President-elect opened up about the one thing that the former model does in their bedroom that left him fiercely impressed.

After DeGeneres asked the couple about who does the household chores, Donald explained that Melania is so ‘neat,’ that she makes the bed within one minute of him getting up.

‘At home does does he take out the garbage? Is he that kind of [man]?’ Ellen asked Melania.

‘No, he’s doing his job. I let him do his job and I do my job and housekeeper does her job,’ she explained.

‘But still, even if you have a housekeeper, are you neat or messy?’ the host pressed on.

Donald then interjected to gush over just how ‘immaculate’ Melania is.

He explained that she keeps everything in their home ‘perfect,’ including their bed.

‘I’m pretty neat but she’s very neat. She’s from a part of the world… the Austria-Slovenia thing is being immaculate,’ he shared.

‘She is so neat, everything’s perfect. If I get up and leave the bed for a minute I come back and it’s made, which is pretty amazing.

‘When you have someone like this, who also has that characteristic, that’s a pretty unusual trait so I’m happy about it.’

Melania giggled as her soon-to-be husband gushed over her cleanliness.

‘I like stuff perfect, you know? I’m very organized,’ she added.

The resurfaced video comes amid news that donors who give at least $1 million to Donald’s inauguration will get an intimate dinner with Melania and the president-elect.

A flier, obtained by The New York Times, called ‘Trump Vance Inaugural Committee Benefits,’ listed the perks of donating $1 million or raising $2 million for the event.

Donors who give that much would receive a half-dozen tickets to eight inaugural events from January 17 to January 20, including the swearing-in at the Capitol on the morning of the 20th.

Those events also include an ‘elegant and intimate dinner’ with the Trumps on January 19, which is the day before inauguration. The flier calls it the ‘pinnacle event.’

Melania has not publicly confirmed her attendance around any inaugural events, but the flier also notes she’ll attend a Sunday morning service with her husband Donald.

The incoming first lady was not a regular on the campaign trail, making very few appearances.

She snubbed first lady Jill Biden’s invitation to tea on the day Donald met with Joe Biden at the White House.

Melania has hired a chief of staff for the East Wing but hasn’t made any other major announcements about how she’ll spend her second term in the White House

It is still unclear how active she’ll be or where she’ll live; currently the incoming first lady resides in New York City, as son Barron attends New York University.

She will be able to continue hawking her book, jewelry and collectible merchandise after she returns to the White House – with no legal restrictions on profiting financially as first lady.
