The Minister of Labor meets a delegation from a company "Start to grow projects"…and activating cooperation in the fields of vocational training and employment
The Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, met with a delegation from the Start Project Development Company, “the executive arm of the national initiative to develop the Egyptian industry, Start,” headed by Dr. Amani Eid, to discuss activating ways of joint cooperation, especially in the fields of vocational training and employment, and they agreed to form a joint committee to implement… Cooperation plan during the coming period.
Minister Gibran praised the achievements of “Ebdaa Company” “for project development” and its successful experiences in the fields of training and qualification. He pointed out that cooperation will have a positive impact on motivating young people to participate in the training programs that are being implemented, as the trainees will be given a certificate issued and approved by both sides, qualifying them for the labor market at home and abroad. He explained that the plan will include including a number of distinguished private training centers that have obtained licenses from the Ministry of Labor, to participate with the Ministry’s vocational training centers in implementing targeted training programs, in cooperation. With "start" He directed the launch of an expanded media campaign to promote the training programs that will be implemented.
He stressed the provision of all necessary facilities to achieve the goals of both sides.
For her part, she welcomed Dr. Amani Eid, CEO of Abdaa Development Company. The projects, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor in the field of training and qualifying Egyptian workers on the needs of the labor market at home and abroad, appreciated the proposal to form a work team from both sides to develop and implement common goals.
She stressed that the company It works with private sector strategies regarding making and implementing decisions. It expressed the company’s aspiration for more cooperation to achieve common goals and desired results in this regard.
