Director of Health Insurance in Qalyubia: A detailed presentation explaining the status of housing cases every 6 hours

Dr. Sayed Jalal, Director of Health Insurance in Qalyubia, held an expanded meeting with the branch’s emergency room, in order to follow up on the placement of nursery and care patients, and the average response time of the branch room, in order to ensure the speedy provision of beds for patients, and facilitating their transfer between hospitals according to health status and occupancy rates.

The meeting comes in implementation of the directives of Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, and Dr. Ahmed Mostafa, President of the General Authority for Health Insurance, with the aim of continuously monitoring intensive care beds and reducing waiting time.

During the meeting, the branch director followed up on occupancy rates, the number of beds provided for nursery and intensive care patients, in coordination with the ministry’s central room, and the challenges facing workers in the branch room.

The branch director reviewed a detailed presentation explaining the status of housing cases and transfer mechanisms between hospitals, stressing the importance of circulating data and displaying it periodically every 6 hours, to ensure the provision of better services to care patients.

The branch director stressed the importance of exploiting the operational capacity of the intensive care, nurseries, and emergency departments in all hospitals affiliated with the branch, with the expansion of the central scientific committee in visiting the care departments to review treatment protocols and guidelines for booking patients, as well as training doctors, and developing mechanisms for evaluation and follow-up, to achieve optimal exploitation. For the care family.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the branch director thanked all the workers in the sub-room for their efforts in alleviating the cases and bringing the waiting time to less than hours, in coordination with the emergency room of the Directorate of Health Affairs and the central room of the ministry, stressing that more efforts would be made to eliminate waiting lists for care and reduce the waiting period. This contributes to raising the efficiency of the system, continuous development, and reducing the burden on citizens.
