Life imprisonment for those accused of attempting to kill a citizen in Sharqia

The Zagazig Criminal Court in Sharkia Governorate sentenced 4 defendants to life imprisonment. They were accused of attempting to kill a citizen following previous disputes between them in the Kafr Saqr center.

The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Mohamed Abdel Karim, President of the Court, and the membership of Counselors Dr. Mustafa Blassi, Chairman of the Court, Counselor Ahmed Samir Salim, Counselor Islam Ahmed Sorour, and the secretariat of Ahmed Gharib.

The events of Case No. 8836 of 2024 Kafr Saqr District Felony, registered under No. 3267 of 2024 in North Zagazig, date back to last July 20, when the Public Prosecution decided to refer the accused: “Wahid Sh,” 42 years old, his son “Amir,” 18 years old, and his brother “Mohamed.” Sh., 55 years old, worker, and Amani A., 41 years old, housewife, residents At Kafr Saqr Center, for criminal trial at the Zagazig Criminal Court; They were accused of attempting to kill the victim, “Mr. Abdul Latif,” following previous disputes between them.

The referral order stated that the first accused proceeded to kill the victim with premeditation, as his will was directed to take the life of the victim. He prepared a white weapon for that (a deer antler knife) and headed to the place where he was sure he was there, and as soon as he got there, he stabbed him in various parts of the body, intending to This includes taking his life and causing injuries described in the forensic report, but he was disappointed by the effects of his crime for a reason that had nothing to do with his will. In it, he sought treatment for the victim, while the rest of the defendants participated with the first defendant in inciting the first defendant to commit his crime following previous disputes with the victim, as shown in the investigations.
