Developing roads in the villages of Damanhour in Beheira as part of the Decent Life Initiative. Find out the details
Beheira Governorate continues to implement vital road projects that reflect the state’s commitment to developing all aspects of life in various regions.
This comes within the framework of the national project to develop the Egyptian countryside, “A Decent Life,” which aims to strengthen infrastructure and improve public services to provide a better life for citizens in rural areas.
Work is currently underway to develop the road network in many villages and centers within the “Decent Life” initiative to facilitate the movement of citizens and achieve sustainable development.
One of the most prominent projects being implemented in the center and city of Damanhour is the completion of the foundation layer on Al-Maahed Al-Azhariya Street in the village of Tarabamba.
The work of operating the foundation layer in the village of Sharnoub is also being completed.
Disinfection work is also being carried out to reach the chopping level in the village of Manshiyet Al-Habashi.
It is noteworthy that the number of projects being implemented under the “Decent Life” initiative in the various centers of Beheira Governorate reached 8,344 projects in various sectors at a cost exceeding 44 billion pounds.
During the first phase, the Decent Life in Beheira initiative includes 6 centers: “Damanhour – Kafr Al-Dawwar – Abu Homs – Housh Issa – Abu Al-Matamir – Wadi Al-Natroun”, with a total of 43 main villages and 238 village units.
