90 Day Fiancé throuple stars hit back at trolls after viewers express concern for their children

90 Day Fiancé throuple stars Matt and Amani Jlassi have spoken out after being bombarded with nasty messages from trolls following their debut on the TLC reality show, describing the unsavory response as ‘hurtful.’
The husband and wife, who hail from San Diego, California, made their first appearance on the series earlier this month where they revealed they had fallen in love with Any Aguirre, a single mother from Tijuana, Mexico.
Married for 10 years, Matt and Amani decided to open up their marriage to Any, and they have since been dating for over one year.
One year in and Matt and Amani, who are parents to a four-year-old and a seven-year-old, are considering a divorce so they can apply for a K1 visa, which would allow one of them to marry Any and bring her to the U.S.
While the throuple have decided to showcase their unconventional romance for the cameras, response has been tough on them and they’ve been subjected to cruel comments on social media.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, they pleaded for viewers to give them a chance and to be more open minded to their relationship.
‘I would ask the audience and people enjoy the 90 Day franchise to give us a chance and be just more kind, not less judgy,’ Amani said.
‘I don’t know if people read what they post, but it’s very hurtful.

‘At the end of the day, we’re humans, and we’re putting ourselves out there for their own entertainment.
‘These are our lives… and there’s a lot we put at risk… so it would be great if people were just more supportive, more embracing, more open minded.’
Amani revealed that trolls had been particularly critical of their parenting style, as well as blasting them as ‘fake.’
‘We’re just existing,’ she said.
Matt also shut down speculation about his parenting, after viewers expressed worries for their children because of their throuple relationship.
‘I am the most active father,’ he stated.
‘I appreciate all your input. I love my children, okay.’
‘They are very well and taken care of,’ Amani added.

As it currently stands, Matt and Amani are exploring the idea of bringing Any over to the U.S.
Despite dealing with a barrage of negative responses, Matt and Amani are excited for their journey to unfold on the small screen.
‘Fans of roller coasters will love it because there are ups and downs,’ Matt teased. ‘It’s a bumpy ride.
‘There’s a there’s a long road ahead of us. You’ll see that.
‘I know there’s been a lot of judgments to who we are, and as the show goes on, I’m pretty sure a lot of them will be wrong.’
‘There is gonna be some serious drama,’ Amani added.
