7 simple steps to maintain dental health.. Here are the most important “health” tips

The Ministry of Health and Population has developed a number of tips regarding maintaining oral and dental health, including:

 

Dental tips

 

  • Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes.

 

  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet, such as fruits, vegetables, and proteins.

 

  • Use dental floss at least once a day.
  •  

    • Avoid unhealthy food.

     

    • Make sure to drink plenty of water.
