66 thousand training programs to develop the skills of human cadres in comprehensive health insurance governorates

The Public Health Care Authority, headed by Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, announced the implementation of more than 66,000 integrated training programs, with the aim of developing the skills of human cadres working in various professional, scientific, research and technological specializations.

 

Dr. Al-Sabki stressed that these training programs embody the authority’s commitment to developing the human element as it is the primary driver for achieving the Egyptian state’s vision of developing the comprehensive health insurance system. Pointing out that these efforts come within the authority’s strategy aimed at providing health services with international quality and keeping pace with the latest developments in the health sector.

 

He explained that the training programs targeted workers in central and public administrations. The authority’s branches and health facilities are in the governorates that implement the comprehensive health insurance system, which are: Port Said, Ismailia, Luxor, South Sinai, Suez, and Aswan. The programs included specialized fields such as medical subspecialties, advanced research fields, modern technological systems used in providing health care, and other fields.

 

Al-Subki indicated that the authority was keen To design and implement programs in a manner that ensures coverage of all practical, administrative and technological aspects, with a focus on preparing health leaders capable of managing and operating the healthcare authority system efficiently in accordance with the highest international standards.

 

Also. Explain, The Authority cooperated with various major entities, institutions, research institutions, and local and international technology companies to implement these programs, in a way that enhances the quality of training and ensures benefit from global expertise in developing human cadres.

 

He added. Al-Sabki said that these efforts come in line with the directives of the political leadership, which attaches great importance to investing in the human element as one of the most important pillars of sustainable development, stressing that developing the skills of the authority’s employees is a priority to achieve the goals of the comprehensive health insurance system and Egypt’s vision. 2030.

 

Dr. El-Sobki concluded by stressing that the Authority will continue to implement more training programs, to ensure the sustainability of excellence in the provision of health services, and to enhance Egypt’s position as a global model for comprehensive health care.
